I've spent many years in the corporate and free-lance world as a writer-for-hire and sometimes an editor.

I discovered BtVS as reruns almost a decade after the show ended and found fan stories a couple years later. I'm grateful to those who have written and continue to create in this 'verse. I find joy and inspiration in every story. Thanks to all of you, and a big nod of gratitude to the Mods who maintain this site.

Summary: A Wishverse story in which Drusilla and Spike roll into Sunnydale just before the Master’s plant is scheduled to open. Spike isn’t sure why Dru insisted they drop everything to get to the Hellmouth right now, after declining to travel there before. She says the pixies and the stars are whispering loudly to her about change, which he hopes means they've guided her toward a cure for her guttering health. Of course, since this is Dru, anything is possible.
