I’m a teacher on the East Coast who absolutely adores Spuffy!

I've been a Buffy fan since 2001. I rediscovered my love of BtVS during the COVID closures. I've been binging my DVDs, writing Spuffy fanfic, and making banners ever since.

I was a Spike and Spuffy fan from the get-go. When Spike first came to town, I fell in love. I enjoyed his development throughout the series. I like the soul and I love the fact that he got it for Buffy of his own volition. That being said, I don’t believe Spike needed the soul to love Buffy. In the end, I truly believe Spike is Buffy’s perfect match and they belong together.

I began writing at 12 and continued through early college. I wrote mostly short stories and poetry, and dabbled with some fanfic of my own. I never posted anything as most of my writing was just for me at the time. Real life then intervened and my writing turned to research, thesis, and dissertation work; thank God that’s done! I returned to writing in 2021 after a 13-year hiatus. I’ve got so many story ideas, I don't know how I'll ever write them all. I also got into banner making and love creating visuals to go with these beautiful Spuffy stories.

One final note, I’m always curious how everyone comes up with their pennames.  So…, Honey girl is something my mom and grandmother called me when I was little and the numbers are my birthday.
