Hi!  

I’ve written my fair share of fanfiction over the years, but never Spike/Buffy so understanding the nuanced relationship of the two and working out their differences is quite fun for me. The world of fanfiction has always been fun for me. I started out on fanfiction.net probably 20 years ago and moved onto LiveJournal and even have written on Wattpad. It’s my favorite way to escape from reality and I’ve been needing to do a lot of that lately. 2023 was a pretty terrible year for me in my personal life, but through this years rewatch of Buffy and my foray into writing for EF it’s been manageable. I hope you enjoy what I write because I have so much fun doing it.  

I have a loose plan for the next few months that includes completing all of my WIP fics and series. I probably have too much going on but I'm just so full of ideas I can't help it. In order to keep the fics consistent and getting the attention they deserve, I want to complete everything before I start anything else new. Here's what you can look forward to over the next few months.

I participate in lots of events, write loads of one-shots and tend to disappear for a week or so with a brand new fic as I can't seem to get some of these ideas out of my mind. I have a fic inspiration list note on my phone because most of these ideas tend to come to me at the most random times and I just have to write them down. I try to keep myself in line with a weekly to do list, which may not sound very fun, but I love lists so checking things off makes me feel accomplished and happy.

My writing style can be a bit wordy, but I love descriptions so I tend to focus on emotions as well as sensations when I write. I lean more towards the smutty as well as fix-it genre for the bulk of my writing but I've managed to put out a decent amount that doesn't strictly include those topics. I do tend to write more from Buffy's POV as I feel it's easier for me to get into her head. Season 6 is my favorite as well as post-series so you'll see a lot of my pieces from both of those timeframes which allows for episode rewrites and happy, established Spuffy.
