Summary: Buffy is deep in grief after the events of the hellmouth and the scoobies are worried about her. Willow comes up with a plan to give Buffy a spell that would temporarily bring back Spike to her from another time in the past. Buffy, not caring about any potential consequences, emotionally or otherwise, she takes the offer and summons herself a Spike (or two or three, or fourish?). Will Buffy learn to face her grief and move on, or will she plunge further into despair and the reality that none of this changes the fact that her Spike is gone forever? Read on to find out.
Let's all pretend that time travel rules are more vague in this universe, and Spike may or may not have been resurrected by the evil law firm, that's tbd. Also, the smut is really not the main focus here, I'll include some for the plot, but it's more about Buffy's grief.

Summary: Buffy is sitting at a bar, drowning in her sorrows with a glass of bourbon , 5 years after the events of the end of the series. She tells her tale of love lost to an attentive patron of the bar who happens to be a vengeance demon, who is particularly empathetic to her plight. She grants her a wish to bring past Buffy to the future long enough for her to push her to fix their love problems by allowing Spike to date her, around the time Spike is ready to profess their love (Crush episode). Past Buffy is then sent back armed with the information to make different choices, and hopefully prevent her life from turning out to be loveless and disappointing.
