@hostile17 -- I have Speechify (it comes in very handy in reading back chapters to me, as well as timing stuff for my day job). If you use it frequently, I think the investment is worth it. I haven't found anything else I like as much.

So, I often download a story and use Google Books on my phone to read it out loud. But just discovered Speechify. I like the voices a lot more and there's one British guy that I think pulls off Spike's lines best. But it's like 100 a year. Kinda steep. Anyone find an app similar that is cheaper?

@HappyWhenItRains Thank you to you and the mod for encourageing you. It came at a time I really needed it. Hubby was rushed to the hospital for emergency kidney surgery . He is recovering and out of danger now. I keep looking at the cute puppy face and it cheers me up. The EF community is
