too often Buffy is brutalized, tortured, raped, her spirit broken and turned into a vampire on those sites. It's my sad observation too often they're also very obsessed with violent male slash ficwith lots of torture and rape, going on with the BtVS men. So, I very cautiously check those sites out.

@saranac Googling for Bangel fan fic sites and see for yourself. Almost everything I come up with are a handful for Fanfiction.net stories and a few individual personal sites. I checked some out and avoid those, I found those often have an Angel/Angelus/Buffy fanfics of a very violent nature...

@valerie I never took into consideration the number of spuffy shipper writers VS bangel shipper writers. I thought that it was roughly equal in proportions

You got to admit Spuffy fanfic writers are far more dedicated and organized compared to any BtVS following, especially compared to the few Bangels fanfic writers sites.
