Hi EF-ers! As the saying goes, the only constant in life is change. And while it's only been a few weeks since I jumped onboard as an EF mod, I know that my schedule is keeping me from committing fully to this position. So, after this week, due to the increasing demands I'm facing from work and home, I am stepping down as an EF mod. Although I'm on the site daily, I'm struggling to do more than check in - and forget about writing or reading or commenting (which are all the things I love best about EF). You are in great hands with Holly, Kathleen, Ellie, and Dark at the mod helm and I look forward to someday having the time to enjoy the site as an active member again, since I plan to stay with EF for as long as the site will have me. Thanks!

You have done more modding in the last two months than could have ever been expected for this position. I am so grateful to you for everything you gave us while you were here. Also, I am grateful to you for respecting the archive (and your fellow Mods) this much, that you recognized that you couldn't serve it effectively while balancing your other obligations. And lastly, I am delighted that this means we might get more fic from you in the free time you do have.
You know where to find us. And I'll say it here so everyone knows, Kat has a standing invitation to return to the Mod team if ever her circumstances change.
Thank you so much for your efforts in modding! You will be missed as a mod, but I’m so glad you will still be with EF and I hope you get to enjoy the site more as you have time!
Oh I am so sad to lose you off the mod team but glad you're sticking around! Work/life/fandom balance is so important. Looking forwars to more fic from you!!!

Sad to lose you as a mod, but I'm happy you're sticking around still. Life/fandom is hard to balance, I wish you luck in finding it!
Life can definitely throw you curve balls. I’m sorry to hear you have to step down as a Mod, but glad that you can still be an active member of EF! Hope things go well for you and you are able to balance work/life/EF. All the best! 
Hope it eases up soon and you get more time for 'you' things aka writing the best OTP ever 
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you, but yay for recognizing that your life needed more balance and that you weren't able to give the job what you'd hoped to. Having more time to read will be a plus for you, and more time for you to write will be a plus for us. :)
