I just hit CTRL and + to make any web page large and CTRL and - to make finer print. I use this to control any font size on any web page.

Don't seem to be to me. There's the way to increase the text size in the story but I don't know how long that holds up. PLus you could try increasin the zoom on then page while you are on the site.It might be a bit awkward though.

Good morning, Elysian Fielders! Can anyone tell me if there is a way where this ole lady with bad eyes can set a default preference for text size?

Thanks. I've been racking my brain trying to decide where she would be from and I was having a hard time with it.

I re-watched Family too yesterday. The accent, from her family at least, wasn't that pronounced. So I was thinking maybe Missouri?

...and in re-watching "Family", her stutter gets more pronounced around her family...that would make for some interesting backstory.

perhaps near Miami. You could always write a slight accent that comes out when she is angry or upset...

Ginar, I live in the South (Alabama). Although a lot of people have the southern twang, most don't. You could place her in Florida...

Another person to compare accents to would be actor Lucas Black, he has a strong Southern accent and he's from Alabama.

Elvis then that would be a Mississippi accent.

Accents can not only be influenced by place but by education. Tara was well educated enough to get a scolarship (I presume because her family would not have paid for it) . Focus on her family's accnets for clues to her hometown. If you think that her family sounds like she has the sa,e accent as

Need a little help. Tara is from the southern US but she doesn't have a deep southern accent. So where is she from? I can't find any mention of where she grew up anywhere. Any idea's?

Anyone here looking for my update to Spirit Indestructible today, I'm sorry to report I don't have one. Muse has been unmusey this week. :( Will shoot for next Sunday. Sorry!

I've been told that Spike never called Tara Glinda in the show by someone who actually counted ALL his slang usage over the whole show. I couldn't believe it either, but haven't found it yet. So, possibly a fanfic invention, but a good one!

Glory calls Xander a whelp in the episode where she finds Dawn at the hospital and Willow and tara do their magic on her and send her to the middle of space.

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure he calls her Glinda in season 5 somewhere. Anyway, hello all.

Good luck dampers...I hope you can get it published. Loved "The Butcher", it is an amazing story. Thanx for letting us know. SAVED! :)

Whelp, obviously. Not Whekp. Stupid keyboard!

Yeah, "whekp" is entirely fanon Kasumi. He never says it in the show, it's something fanfic writers have made up and is now used everywhere, like Glinda for Tara. He never says that either to my knowledge :)

I'm sad you're taking 'The Butcher' down because it turned out to be my favorite of your stories, but you absolutely should publish it! It's an amazing story. Good luck and keep us posted. For anybody who hasn't read 'The Butcher' yet - do it!
