What if Buffy had a big brother?

Imagine how things would change. She would have to save him from demons, since he would be normal, which he wouldn’t mind, but he would still be protective over her with other things – like chasing off a certain stalker when she’s sixteen who shall not be named…

Would love for him to have an unusual name like ‘Buffy’.

He can’t be a product of the monks’ spell (he’s not the Key). He’s perfectly normal and he’s been there the whole time. If you make it to season five, then Dawn still exists.

He can be Buffy’s twin brother (but he has to be older).

A friendship between the brother and Spike would be awesome.

Up to the author if the brother ends up in a relationship with a canon character.
