Summary: Wolfram and Hart replace the telephones of all employees. Including Angel, who is too busy mocking Spike to realize the new phone can be voice activated. “You think I’m going to pick up the phone,” which he did, something inside him delighting in how the younger vampire’s eyes followed the movement, hawklike and wistful, “and just,” he shrugged, holding the receiver a few inches above the cradle, “call Buffy. For you?”
The new telephone dutifully calls the only Buffy in his contacts. A few short seconds later, the phone in the Slayer's office starts to ring. And Angel thought his unlife was rough before....

What if when Angel and Spike were arguing about Buffy......in Angel's office or somewhere.....Angel has a voice activated phone.
Angel refuses to give out Buffy's number to Spike and says something like "....ohh like you just won't call Buffy and rush off too her!!!"
Angel's phone picks up the "call Buffy" part and does just that!!
Now Buffy picks up her phone and can hear the whole argument. Only problem is the two vamps are so busy arguing that don't realize she's on the other end listening to everything they say.
Bonus points if the other Scoobies are there and it gets put on speakerphone for all to hear.
"Ohhh I wish I had some popcorn with this!" Xander exclaimed loudly.
"SHHHH!" everyone hissed at him.
