I think when you're reading your own work typos are harder to catch because you're too familiar with the text. It's easier to see someone else's mistakes than your own.

I think it happens with all of us every once in a while. No matter how many times we read it, some typos and errors just slip through the net.

Just couldn't believe the typo that slipped through the net in 'Laying Down the Law' was in the freaking title. Makes me feel so stupid.

Maybe... I read over everything easily ten times before posting, but there's almost always at least one typo. Usually get it within a couple of hours, though, 'cause I read over it once it's online, too.

Maybe if you're not sure of something or if you have missed something, like you've said you have, it might be an idea to have one.

@MrsTattooedButterfly Did you mean the bit where Spike and Buffy were treating communicating through the claim as if it was a phone call? Just read that bit. Laughed so hard when Spike pretended there was static on the line and "hung up". What a lemon!
