Summary: Buffy went to Heaven when she died, and she spent that time learning, evolving and coming to terms with her nature. She's cleansed and more mature when she returns. Oh? And the Scoobie's spell didn't so much bring her back as give her the opportunity to choose to come back. She's much more at peace back on earth, because she's one of Heaven's warriors and she chose to return. But she's still pissed at her friends for their bad decision making.

When Buffy came back from heaven, she told Spike that she had been gone longer than 147 days.  How much longer?
What if during that time, Buffy grew in maturity and experience?  What if she acted more emotionally stable, confident, and honest.....
What if Buffy was purified during her time in Heaven?  Turning her demonic, vampiric essence back into its original state, making Buffy part angel.
