What if Buffy is a reincarnated Slayer who Spike not only met right after he was turned, but he fell in love with her, and she with him? 

The Slayer's name is either Beth or Anne. 

The Slayer is confused by Spike because she was told that vampires can't feel love, while this one obviously does. 

Their romance ends tragically in the form of Angelus killing the Slayer. Spike is traumatized and goes off on this own. He's pretty messed up and does some awful things, particularly to Slayers - because they're not her. 

He arrives in Sunnydale at the beginning of season 2. 

Meanwhile Buffy has been getting Slayer dreams of another life; of falling in love with a vampire, only to be killed by Angel. 

Spike and Buffy meet - and Spike realizes it's his Slayer, reincarnated. Buffy is shocked by him tearfully embracing her. 

What happens now? How will Buffy react to a soulless vampire who can obviously feel love? How will she react when she remembers that Angel, the vamp she has a crush on, killed her in a past life?
