AU, but not All Human. A single Spike (how he’s single is up to the author) is in a club looking for a snack when a cheery little blonde suddenly pulls him onto the dance floor. He thinks dinner has fallen right into his lap, but the more he dances with her, the more he grows fond of her, and by the end of the night, he realizes that he doesn’t want to kill her.

What is it about Buffy Summers that draws him to her?

So he tries dating her, all the while making excuses as to why he can’t go out in the sun, why he’s so cold and why he’s suddenly starting to store packets of weird red juice in his fridge. How long can Spike keep up the charade before his cover is blown?
