Summary: Befriending the local demon population after recognizing that humanity can be just as vile as some of the monsters she has slayed, Buffy decides that she'll be slaying and living according to her own rules. After all, she's already died once, and Blondie did say to "live fast 'cause it won't last," and Debbie Harry isn't even a slayer.
With Drusilla dusted due to a mob in Prague, Spike rolls into Sunnydale looking to bag his third Slayer or be bagged by her. He's not picky, he just doesn't want to go down without a fight. But what he expects (another one of the Council's chits with a stake up her arse and fighting skills somewhere between mediocre and good) and what he finds (a bat swinging, Ramones singing hellcat) are two entirely different things.
