**I've gotten a few questions as to why the child abuse. There is NO mention of Buffy in an abusive situation in the series. Family members of mine were victims of child abuse themselves, and I believe it is something that needs to be stopped, and done so immediately. I certainly do NOT condone child abuse, (I have many a nasty name for those that do hurt children, believe me) I merely state the facts that it does happen, and sadly, more frequently than most people realize.**
