Summary: After the last episode of season 7, Spike gets an opportunity to go back and do things over. Not the most original setup, but as my first attempt at fiction of any kind, I wanted to explore what I think would happen in that scenario. After a brief scene in season 7, the story picks up near the beginning of Season 2. It very, very loosely follows the events of season 2, but mainly I'm trying to stay true to the characters' maturity and relationships of the timeline more than the actual sequence of events.
