Summary: Shortly after the awkwardness created post-something Blue, Spike and Buffy get tossed out of Sunnydale by another Willow-spell-gone-afoul.
While surrounded by mostly hostile demons in an alt dimension that doesn't play well with others, Spike becomes a bit of a caretaker when it turns out Buffy needs him.
Enforced closeness leads to snarkiness, naughtiness and maybe a revelation or two...and more than a little desire for blood.
