This is its own quick little story because, unlike Meet Me at Midnight, this story is definitely NOT canon compliant and I think that story ended just right. It stands on its own and doesn't need more. BUT I just had to write it, had to see how this Spike and Buffy handled Spike's resurrection. Aaaaand I figured you all might want to see that reunion, too? I mean, MAYBE. I could be wrong. I know how very unpopular happy endings and reunions and romantic professions are around these parts!
