Story Notes: This is my Secret Santa gift to the lovely Eurydice! They requested: Spike taking care of Buffy whether she's hurt or sick, and Spike meets Hank.
The story takes place in S4 and goes off-canon after 4x16 "Who Are You?" which is the second of the two-part episode where Buffy and Faith switch bodies. That episode aired in February so I’m using that as the month in which this story is set in. BTW the plot has nothing to do with the Tim Burton film, the title just fits!
