Story Notes: This has been up on AO3 for a while, but I realized I'd never posted it here. Takes place in a sloghtly non-canonical pause in “Touched.” Eye-missing Xander’s come home from the hospital, but they haven’t all turned against her leadership yet. I know this features an OC, but honestly she just serves the main characters. A Mary Sue? I guess, but she’s ultimately not important. And she doesn’t have violet eyes and a heart-shaped face. This is actually a first chapter in a longer semi-planned Spuffy epic. I’m testing the waters. (BTW, Angel’s story line with Spike does not exist in my world, and screw those comics.)
