Summary: During an alternate season 2, Buffy was kidnapped by a secret miilitary group and used for experimentation purposes. Upon her escape, Buffy must stay on the run to avoid recapture by the relentless soldiers who want her back. When she discovers she is pregnant through their experimental tampering, her desperation to stay one step ahead of them escalates. Yes, this is a vampire/slayer fic, and of COURSE it's spuffy. Ok it has been two years since i have written anything on this fic (or any Buffy fic, for that matter) and I had a hard time getting back into the Buffy mindset. Not beta'd and half of this chapter was written a looooong time ago. Again, I am so sorry for this staying a WIP for so many years and I really will give it my best effort to finish this fic up.
You can thank the Spark and Burn awards for me getting back to this fic - when I saw I had won an award for Dreams and Desotos, I had to go back and reread it- which lead me to rereading this fic and being compelled to finish it! So thank you!! Oh and if you see any of my fics on FF.net, I did not post them (and I cannot believe they haven't been taken down, as of this posting!) Weird timing, that's for sure.
