Really loving that Wesley has come to see the light!
Here it was Buffy saving herself using a certain maneuver but it seems that that first vampire in Fool for Love used that exact same move with Buffy’s stake against her.
Thank you for having Oz put a much needed bit of levity into this situation.
Re Willow and world domination. Currently no plans but it’s amazing how those plans can just slip right in.
Angel/Angelus = same guy/same guy in my honest opinion. Now with that revelation, Buffy has a much better idea of Angel.
Compact muscles work just fine! Glad Spike got that line in. It’s the small wiry guys that I think are the most dangerous and definitely the most attractive.
Surprised that a vampire who is supposed to lurk in dark spider webby places has arachnophobia. I can’t stand them myself and here I live in the Deep South with huge spiders and other bugs.[Report This]
The paragraph that starts with Spike saying “Buffy’s good” to Joyce is just so FANTASTIC! it should open Joyce’s eyes regarding the nature of the Slayer. “She’s not a regular girl. She never will be.”
Well one good thing is that Buffy did not purposely not wear that bracelet.[Report This]
It’s kind of hard for the police, trying to act stupid, not to have seen a girl around town with a stake so it’s natural for the slayers to be suspects.
They tried but sometimes the best efforts go south. I love how everyone tried to help her in their own unique way beforehand .
Oh ... that was really sweet. I like that you left everyone happy and looking to the future and pretty much settled. Having Spike and Wesley work together is a cool idea - I'd read an entire story of their adventures 'cause I bet it would be great fun. And of course I really liked the last scene with Spike and Buffy.
It's been a fun read! Actually this is my second time reading Avocation - I read it a few months ago and wanted to read it again. Thanks for sharing your story![Report This]
