Angel n'a jamais su se contrôler et Buffy accepter qu'elle ne le connais plus.
oui. She is seeing him with wiser eyes. :) Thank you for reading. I apologize for my lack of French!
Great closing chapter!
I love Faith! This was the best line: "Wouldn't be in his best interest to get cranky with me." She doesn't pull any punches when dealing with Angel's pompous ass. I'm glad she told him no one believes his lies anymore about how Angel is not Angelus. That was wicked cool! And, I'm glad Giles stood up to Angel, too.
Thanks for the happy ending! It was wonderful to see Spike and Buffy end up together! That is how the series should have ended!
Thanks for another great read!
(Though, I gotta admit, I will never get use to the idea that Dawn and Xander are dating! )
I'm glad you liked Faith. She's fun to write, and she doesn't take any crap from Angel. Dawn and Xander are comic canon, so I've used them in several future fics. I'm getting used to it.... Thanks for reading and commenting. :)
I was so happy to see Dawn rush to see Spike, again! And, even happier to see her forgive him! That was one of the things that Season 7 really failed on; the friendship between Spike and Dawn! Thanks for reuniting them!
Even Xander was nice to Spike! That made me happy, too! It also made me laugh that no one gives a fig about Angel. Too funny!
And, I loved hearing Buffy put Angel in his place! Great dressing down of Captain Broody-pants! His lies and bloated ego finally caught up with him, and all he could do is run away to cell and sulk. What an excellent moment! *thumbs up*
Dawn and Spike's friendship/family relationship is one I really needed to see fixed. Buffy telling Angel off is always a crowd-pleaser. :) Glad you enjoyed it.
Great second chapter!
I love so much that Giles finally had a talk with Spike, and apologized for his past misguided actions against Spike. That was the best! (That was very cathartic for me.) Such a great moment. Giles was talking to Spike as Buffy's surrogate father, and he finally gave the relationship his blessing. I know that would mean the world to Buffy.
Love seeing Buffy help poor, emaciated Spike, and being all tender and worried about him. I keep wondering how Angel is going to react to all this when both vampires are back on their feet?
Thanks! Angel will probably be a pill about it. He had himself pretty convinced Buffy didn't really want Spike. :)
Another wonderful story from you.
I would like to take this chance to thank you for all your contributions to Spuffy fandom. You were the first author I read when I began reading Spuffy stories and I have enjoyed all your stories.
Thank you and please continue writing.
Oh, what a lovely thing to say! I'm smiling at the thought that I was your first. :) Thank you so much.
Spike dropping his pants in front of Dawn is too funny. I suppose I'm glad for Angel that someone came for him, after all. Even though he got his entire team killed.
Well, Angel may not actually be part of "the gang" but he's certainly got a place in their world, so....
It's nice how everyone just assumes Buffy and Spike will be together, and there isn't any big drama about it. I wonder if Angel will make a fuss after he's feeling more like himself...
Thanks! Oh, I suspect he'll manage to be a pain one way or another....
Hmm... I'm not sure I like the idea of them being locked in a dungeon! Except for maybe Angel... I've got to watch AtS at some point. Everyone says I'll like Angel more if I watch his show, but right now I cannot stand him! I love him being given the cold shoulder by Buffy et al here.
LOL They aren't locked in, just being asked to stay there. Angel does get more likable on his own show, but he is still Angel and still has some of his irritating behaviors, especially where Buffy is concerned.
I love the dialogue in this and yay for Buffy standing up to Angel and Xander and pretty much everyone! I'm so happy for her.
“She just walked out and went poof! Like Willow, only meaner looking.” This just cracked me up! Dawn is a treasure.
Sometimes the "lesser" characters are more fun to write. :) And I have a weak spot for Dawn.
“It’s a basement!” Giles said as he watched them leave. The basement/dungeon argument is cracking me up. I love that Giles is so easily riled.
The Fred hint is so exciting! And hopefully Spike will stop being so self-deprecating and finally realize how glad Buffy is to see him.
Poor Giles. He gets no respect. :) I think Buffy will convince him... eventually
I like the opening, with Illyria and Buffy being the ones to bring them back, and Buffy's clear dismissal of Angel that everyone's getting on board with. And Vi! It's always fun to see some background characters get a chance to shine in fics like this.
Thanks. Hope you like the rest of it.
I love this story so much!
I still feel a little uneasy with Xander/Dawn, but apart from that, everything works out fine with everybody happy except The Mighty Brood, and Faith's prepared to keep her beady eye on him to keep him in line.
So glad you left Kennedy out...
LOL To be honest, she never even crossed my mind.
It's good that Giles was man enough to apologise to Spike.
And I love Illyria's pronouncements...
Giles owes it to him. I refuse to let him get away with not acknowledging that!
