Giles isn't as wonderful as Buffy thinks or he would have set up a deal to give Buffy money for his son's staying at her apartment. Buffy is entitled to room and board for Spike, plus incidentals. Giles had to have known that Spike wouldn't be paying Buffy rent because he's got not money/job - - Giles should have set up an account for Buffy to draw $$ from or Giles is an utter MORON thinking that Buffy was going to foot the entire bill of his no job son? Giles gets Buffy to agree to house his son in the most expensive city there is to try and live in, but offers no help = what an asshat.[Report This]
Again we can see Joyce being cold and cruel to Buffy, good to see Spike saying something.
Now Dawn has figured it out, they really suck at keeping it a secret. I couldn't help but like Buffy's idea that the air mattress could bi rigged.[Report This]
Buffy is very scared at losing what they have now, she hates the idea of extra tension from telling Joyce and Giles about them, but at some point they will have to know. I cannot also understand Spike's frustration at this.[Report This]
It's almost painful to watch the date, Riley seems to be a good one here, but he's not what Buffy want, that is very clear. Buffy has a hard time concentrating on the things he said and she won't open up to him.
Spike is dealing in his usual way, with drinking and hide his pain by lashing out.[Report This]
It's sad the way Buffy is seeking something safe. Riley doesn't awake any special feelings in her, but she thinks, that is better for her. She should be with someone who makes her feel more and it's actually isn't fair to Riley either.[Report This]
Some people are noticing the "sparkage" between Buffy and Spike but she is of course in denile. The interaction between her and Spike is getting friendlier and more comfortable. There are still several issues there too. They both have bad history with love.[Report This]
