That phonecall with Spike brought up some heavy sadness in Buffy, as we could see here. The talk with Dawn brought up thoughts on how it had affected the people around her. Then we had the phonecall in this chapter. It was a bit unsure and awkward but also nice and somewhat hopeful.[Report This]
This was sad, Buffy is sacrificing their happiness. She thinks it's better for his career and for him in the long run. For his career, it probably is better, but not for him or her. He doesn't know why she's doing this, so this chapter had Buffy's sadness and Spike's anger and hurt feelings.[Report This]
Now Buffy has heard about the PR nightmare their relationship can be. The sad part is that Travers is right, this is something that the media would use in a bad way.
The part with Buffy hearing Spike's new song had a strong emotional feeling to it.[Report This]
Getting some time away from Spike and reconnect with her mother could be good for Buffy. I loved the note she left for Spike. It shows that she has thought this through and wants them to work. What worries me now is that Spike seems to have a drinking problem, that part doesn't look good.[Report This]
Poor Buffy, she has several things on her mind and non of it is her fault. She's trying so hard to make everything good.
Much as we don't want to Quinton do have a point in what He's saying, things could become ugly. Spike need to talk to Buffy but instead He's doing this, not good.[Report This]
