So, I guess this is me?  I'm from Canada, where I hide out in the northern boreal forest and practice being a full-time English student by day and a part-time author by night (very part-time).  In the interests of full disclosure, I should also admit that I have a fiction LiveJournal that gets updated about once every... never.  Approximately.  It hosts drabbles and other fragmentary or unfinished things.

Summary:

Summary:

Just a bit of escapist mostly-fluff set in a slightly alternate season four.

Spike is chipped, pissed off, and missing a poker partner.  Buffy is confused, pissed off, and just can't seem to find that lovin' feeling.  They're both out looking for some therapeutic violence, but the only enemies around... are each other.  It's Sunnydale in the year 2000 and thanks to the not-so-fine work of the Initiative there are no demons anywhere to be found.  Including poor, kidnapped Clem.

Instead of a fight, it looks like a reluctant Buffy has found herself a rescue mission.
