OK, first, if you're somehow unspoiled for what happened in BtVS's finale, 'Chosen', you might want to vamoose on this one. Likewise, if for some reason you think it's sacrilegious for Buffy and demon-Spike to make love in heaven...well, you might also want to pass on this one. People still reading on? Good. ~_^ This story takes place in a universe where Spike never came back after 'Chosen' (or maybe he did and then died again; I doubt anything that happens on AtS will be able to break the canonicality of this odd piece ~_^).
