Story Notes: I wrote this poem about a year and a half ago and posted it on my tumblr. I had just finished watching the show and hadn't even read any Spuffy fanfic stories yet, but i was just as in love with Buffy and Spike as i am these days. I always thought of them as symbols of two fires coming together and creating an explosion that could either become destructive or warm and beautiful. That's how this was born and now that Elysian Fields has a Poetry category, i felt like posting my little, insignificant poem all over again. Hope you'll like it. :)
