Summary: Picks up a few hours after the final scene of “Chosen” with a little "what might have happened" look at the aftermath of Spike's sacrifice. This was written shortly after “Chosen” aired. Thought I’d pull it out, dust it off, and post it here. It was my first venture into Buffyverse fanfic. I fear it’s not too original – just one version of how it might have been – but hope it pleases.
