For whatever reason (curse, prophecy, The Curciamentum. or whatever you can think up) Buffy is required to get married. Angel isn't an option, but it can't be because of the soul. It has to be another reason (age, he killed his sire, or whatever you can think up). Buffy decides that Spike's the only vamp of choice. Enter our favorite bleached blond vampire. Lots of verbal sparring, but try to keep the physical fights down to the bare minimum. Happy Ending.
